When we decided to do a bit of a fundraiser in memory of David we agreed it had to be something we would not normally do voluntarily. As a result we decided we’d face our common fear of acrophobia and try to raise some money for a charity close to David’s heart. The Titan Crane came to mind as and a result, we are both abseiling from it on Sunday 19th August 2012 at 1pm. The crane is 150ft tall and is set on the banks of the Clyde next to the new college. Cheerleaders and thrill seekers are invited to come along and watch but please no air rifles or slingshots. Please give generously to this charitable organisation which saves lives at sea. ALL the money will go directly to the RNLI and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. Shona Arthur and William HigginsUpdates
